Distractions, interruptions, poor planning and inefficient processes – there are many features of modern working life that can conspire to damage our productivity and leave us overwhelmed by competing deadlines. 
Managing Yourself and Your Time will show you how to plan your working day more effectively, through prioritizing, delegating, controlling your environment, understanding yourself and identifying what you will change about your habits, routines and attitude. You’ll complete a series of activities as you progress through the module, and you’ll be encouraged to draw up a plan of action that will help boost efficiency and limit interruptions.
