Mobile Intelligent Gateway System

The In-Voice Mobile Intelligent Gateway router provides standard broadband ADSL connectivity using Ethernet and Wireless, with additional support for voice over IP functions suitable for home and office use. To put it simply, it allows you to share an Internet connection and make In-Voice Internet calls easily, plug and play. Plus, don’t forget that you can make Internet calls within the In-Voice network for absolutely FREE!

Callback

The In-Voice Callback services allow you to make phone calls cheaply and easily, with a variety of ways to connect. The main benefits are amazing cost savings and convenience.


There are three ways you can use the Callback service:
  • Trigger Callback
If you have a local phone that can dial internationally, then trigger callback is the service for you
  • SMS Callback
If international dialing is not possible, but your phone can send an international SMS, you may opt to use this service
  • Web Callback
If you happen to be in front of a computer with an internet connection, the web callback will save you from having to press multiple buttons on your phone


Local Access Number

When you have no access to the internet or international calls/SMS, in locations where toll free Local Access number are available, you can make In-Voice calls using the Local Access service.

Internet Calls through Netphone
Download and install NetPhone software on your computer for Internet calls from anywhere in the world. Its simple interface makes it easier to use, now and in the future. The upcoming advanced features such as SMS, fax, video conference and chat, will virtually convert your computer into a second office.

Internet Calls through Softphone

In-Voice Softphone is a technologically advanced virtual phone application that turns your computer into a fully functional phone. Via the In-Voice softphone on your computer, you can make and receive calls from any landline or mobile number at Internet call rates. Plus, you can call anyone who also has an In-Voice Softphone number for FREE!

In-Voice Pro
In-Voice Pro is a program that has been designed to marry with most Nokia Eseries mobile phones, iPhone, iPod Touch and BlackBerry Bold 9700 to make your calls as convenient and fast as possible. No need to memorise telephone, account and pin numbers. In-Voice Pro does the dialling for you, so just sit back and wait for the other party to answer your call.

Global phone number
If you're a frequent traveler, use your In-Voice personal UK number as a global phone number. Use the Call Forward or Follow Me features to forward incoming calls to your UK number to your local number, and you will be reachable through just one global number.

Call Forward
Forward incoming calls to your personal UK number to any phone number to increase your accessibility.

Voice Mailbox
Forward incoming calls to your voice mailbox to allow callers to leave your voice messages when they were unable to reach you on your personal UK number.

Follow Me
This feature sets your callback number as your call forwarding number by default. You will no longer have the hassle to update both callback number and call forwarding number. Kindly note that once you activate Follow Me feature, you will not be able to forward calls to your voice mailbox.

 

Please find below quick guidelines on how to set up your account to start enjoying your In-Voice benefits.

Activating your Account

  1. Login to www.in-voice.com using your account number (which can be found in your QNet purchase receipt) and username (your IR ID by default, you can change it later)
  2. Start by clicking the Callback Activation button

Setting Up & Using Callback Feature

  1. Register your Callback Number (The number from which you will be making phone calls. Normally, this  is your local mobile phone number) by clicking Update Info
  2. Save your Trigger Number in your mobile phone
  3. To start making international calls using trigger callback feature, simply call your trigger number > let it ring once or twice > hang up > wait for a callback > enter the destination number > then wait to be connected.
